Using the Audit Log

The audit log is append-only — nothing in it can be edited or deleted, including by the owner. It's the record you'd check to answer "who did this, and when."

Steps

01

Go to Team → Audit Log.

02

Filter by action-type group and by date range.

03

Page through results — the log is paginated rather than loaded in full.

What shows up here

Sensitive, typed-reason actions elsewhere in Fees101 — a role's permissions changing, a staff member's role or login email changing, a manual-payment reversal, a discount or refund decision — all surface an entry here automatically, as a byproduct of the action itself rather than something staff log separately.
