Rotating Your Paystack or Monnify API Keys
Rotating a key is the same form as connecting for the first time — but it resets your verified status, so there's one extra step you shouldn't skip.
Steps
01
Go to School → Payments.

Paste the new public and/or secret key into the field(s) you're rotating.

Save.

Immediately run Test Connection again — don't skip this.
Why the re-test matters
Rotating either key resets your keys_verified_at status to null. Your status badge goes back to "Saved · not verified" until you explicitly re-test, even if the new keys are perfectly valid — Fees101 won't assume a freshly-entered key works just because the old one did.
Gotchas
Leaving a key field blank while rotating the other one keeps the untouched key as-is — you don't have to re-enter both keys just to rotate one.
